Rappel in. Climb out.
We start the day hiking and scrambling down into a remote drainage on the east side of Zion National Park. On the approach you'll take in the diverse plant and animal life of the Colorado Plateau before the real adventure begins.
Once in the drainage we drop into our slot canyon, rappelling down multiple cliffs and winding through beautiful, meandering Navajo Sandstone walls. But the canyon is only half the story.
After our last rappel we rope up one final time for a 400-foot Via Ferrata style climb out of the canyon. Think of it as a giant ladder bolted to a cliff face. Exciting, achievable, and unlike anything most people have ever done. From the top, a trail carries us back to the trailhead. This is an experience you won't soon forget.
- 6+ rappels through a secluded slot canyon
- 400-foot Via Ferrata style climb at the canyon exit
- Impressive smooth Navajo Sandstone walls
- Diverse Colorado Plateau plant and animal life on the hike in
