Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a tour with Canyoneering Utah LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tour Participation

Canyoneering is an adventurous outdoor activity that carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, drowning, flash flooding, extreme weather, and physical injury. By booking a tour you acknowledge these risks and agree to:

• Follow all guide instructions at all times.
• Disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or concerns prior to the tour.
• Wear all required safety equipment provided.
• Not participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting location.

Bookings & Payment

All reservations are processed through Peek Pro, our third-party booking platform. By completing a booking you also agree to Peek Pro's terms and conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are displayed during the booking process on Peek Pro. In general:

• Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date may forfeit the booking fee.
• If Canyoneering Utah cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in any tour offered by Canyoneering Utah is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyoneering Utah LLC, its guides, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from tour participation.

A separate liability waiver must be signed prior to participating in any tour. This waiver is a condition of participation and will be provided at or before check-in.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken by Canyoneering Utah during tours may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, notify your guide before the tour begins.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
